BUYING YOUR NEW HOME - STEP 2:
The next step in finding your new home is to figure out where you want to live. There are many neighborhoods in St. Louis, and they all have their own distinct personalities.

Some of the factors you need to consider are:
#1 How close do you want to be to your job? With Highway 40 closed, and gas prices higher than a cup of Starbucks, this is no small consideration.

After you have decided on a few neighborhoods you like-
I will search for homes that fit your needs in these neighborhoods.
Some of the things I will need to know are:
How much are you prequalified for (Step #1)
How many bedrooms do you need/want.
How many bathrooms do you need/want.
What style of home do you like, Ranch ? Two-story?
Do you want to be in a neighborhood within walking distance of shopping and parks, or would you rather be in a more rural setting?
